This monograph discusses in chapter one the background of the new field of inquiry of Islamicjerusalem Studies since 1994. Chapter two presents the new two definitions: Islamicjerusalem and Islamicjerusalem Studies. Chapters three and four highlight some of the latest progressive research and developments in Islamicjerusalem Studies.
