Nutrition and Dietetics

This collection encompasses a selection of publications on nutrition and dietetics from across a variety of Karger books and journals:

Karger Nutrition deals predominantly with human nutrition and metabolism including clinical and translational research as well as diabetes, lifestyle diseases, and prevention medicine.

Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism is a leading international peer-reviewed journal including experimental studies as well as clinical research and is affiliated to international societies such as the "International Union of Nutritional Sciences" or the "Federation of European Nutrition Societies" among others. Obesity Facts covers all aspects of obesity, whereas the journal Lifestyle Genomics (formerly Journal of Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics) focuses on lifestyle-gene interactions and their influence on health and disease and will be open access from 2020 on.

The book series World Review of Nutrition and Metabolism covers current nutrition topics and its focus is on pediatric nutrition, while the Nestlé Nutrition Institute Workshop Series deals with the entire spectrum of nutrition-related issues.
