Modern sequencing and microscopic techniques have expanded our view on nuclear architecture and chromosomal structure. Still, we have only a limited knowledge of the spatial and temporal dynamics of interphase chromosomes. This collection of articles focuses on recent advances in understanding higher order chromatin structure and function.
