Competing interests:	In 2011, I. Ciufolini sued me for defamation in view of certain statements appeared in an online blog of the Lecce area written in Italian language. Moreover, in 2007 I. Ciufolini anonymously criticized a peer-reviewed paper of mine under the pseudonym "G. Felici" by posting a fake pre-print on the ArXiv with the email "gia.felici@yahoo.it." The ArXiv moderators publicly exposed him with the following comment: "This submission has been made by G. Felici, a pseudonym of Ignazio Ciufolini, who repeatedly submits inappropriate articles under pseudonyms, in violation of arXiv policies" posted in January 2014. In February 2014, they removed this comment without justification.

It is a fake pre-print submitted anonymously by I. Ciufolini. The original comment by the ArXiv moderators, posted in September 2013, removed in December 2013, reinstated in January 2014, and removed again in February 2014, reads: "This submission has been removed because ‘G.Forst’ is a pseudonym of Ignazio Ciufolini, who repeatedly submits inappropriate articles under pseudonyms. This is in explicit violation of arXiv policies."
