The ArXiv moderators have publicly disclosed the identity of "G. Felici" in late December 2013 by writing: "This submission has been made by G. Felici, a pseudonym of Ignazio Ciufolini, who repeatedly submits inappropriate articles under pseudonyms, in violation of arXiv policies ". The email used was gia.felici@yahoo.it. In February 2014, the ArXiv moderators retracted the preprint by censoring their own comment about I. Ciufolini. They also removed the email used by him to submit his fake pre-print, which has now been changed to help@arxiv.org. Ciufolini, who sued me for defamation in 2011 because of certain statements appeared in an online blog of the Lecce area, Italy, used another pseudonym, i.e. "G. Forst", to anonymously attack the Gravity Probe B team in the fake pre-print http://arxiv.org/abs/0712.3934
