            Abstract

This paper outlines a method of analysing the outcomes for care using evaluation metrics based on the IoRN assessment method. The contribution this paper provides is identifying the socio-political drivers for change within the healthcare system, proposing a method of patient outcome and performance improvement to address the requirements of those drivers.
