          Abstract

          Current guidelines for Kawasaki disease (KD) recommend intravenous immunoglobulin infusion and echocardiography. However, no previous studies have evaluated the relationship between the treating hospital's concordance with guidelines and the prevention of coronary artery aneurysm in patients with KD.
