Abstract

RESUMEN El amparo universitario de la enfermería ha propiciado un avance significativo de la investigación en la última década. El logro del grado de Doctor, ya es posible para los/as enfermeros/as. Esto dará un mayor respaldo a la investigación enfermera, pero el camino no está exento de obstáculos. Entre ellos: las características del profesional de enfermería, las características de los documentos que presentan los resultados de la investigación, las características de las organizaciones, la alta presión asistencial, la escasa financiación a la investigación y la medicalización de la sanidad.

ABSTRACT The university protection of nursing has led to a significant advance of research in the last decade. The achievement of the degree of Doctor, is already possible for the nurses. This will give more support to the research nurse, but the road is not free of obstacles. Among them: the characteristics of the nursing professional, the characteristics of the documents that present the results of the research, the characteristics of the organizations, the high care pressure, the scarce funding for research and the medicalization of health care.
