          Abstract

Abstract. Our report aims to alert physicians performing endovascular aneurysm sealing with the Nellix endoprosthesis to the risk of rupture when endobag separation is noticed on computed tomography. Endobag separation when observed with acute presentation of abdominal pain is an indicator of imminent rupture and prompt interventional treatment should be undertaken.
