      CUANTIFICACION DE RESVERATROL EN VINOS MEDIANTE HPLC

          Abstract

          El Resveratrol, un compuesto fenólico, fue cuantificado en vinos procedentes de micro vinificación en Tarija -Bolivia mediante un método por cromatografía Líquida de Alta Resolución con siglas en inglés HPLC en fase reversa. El método fue validado considerando parámetros de desviación estándar (S), coeficiente de variación (CV), coeficiente de correlación lineal (R), límite de detección (LOD) y límite de cuantificación (LOQ). La cantidad de resveratrol hallada en los vinos analizados es algo elevada comparada con valores reportados a nivel mundial, dando como promedio 7,7 ± 0,9 mg/l

          Translated abstract

          Resveratrol, a phenolic compound, was quantified in wines from Tarija - Bolivia by a method by Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The method was validated considering parameters such as standard deviation (S), coefficient of variation (CV), linear correlation coefficient (R), limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ). The amount of resveratrol found in the wines analyzed is somewhat high compared to valúes reported worldwide, giving an average of 7.7 ± 0.9 mg/L.
