Abstract
Health Plans are uniquely positioned to deliver outreach to members. We explored whether
telephone outreach, delivered by Medicaid managed care organization (MMCO) staff,
could increase colorectal cancer (CRC) screening among publicly insured urban women,
potentially reducing disparities.
