Abstract
Three patients with advanced Parkinson's disease, all of whom developed excessive
daytime sleepiness and 'sleep attacks' after the administration of entacapone, are
described. This is another demonstration that inappropriate daytime sleep episodes
are not exclusive to dopamine agonists.
