      Epidemiological of class B natural foci and insect-bone infections diseases in Chuxiong, Yunnan, 2006-2018

          Abstract

          Objective To analyze and assess epidemiological characteristics of class B natural foci and insect-bone infections diseases in Chuxiong from 2006 to 2018, and improve prevention and control measures.

          Methods Date on class B natural foci and insect-bone infections diseases in Chuxiong from 2006 to 2018 registered in the disease Prevention and Control Information System of China were statistically analyzed.

          Results A total of 949 cases of eight class B natural foci and insect-bone infections diseases were reported, and 35 deaths in in Chuxiong from 2006 to 2018. The average annual incidence was 2.68/100 000, and the average annual mortality was 0.98/100 000; the top two diseases were epidemic encephalitis B and malaria, and the incidence showed a downward trend from 2006 to 2013 ( P<0.05); the top two diseases were epidemic hemorrhagic fever and Brucellosis, and the incidence showed a rising trend from 2014 to 2018 ( P<0.05). Chuxiong City reported the largest number of cases, 288 cases, followed by Lufeng County and Mouding County, 136 cases and 105 cases, respectively. 44.68% of the cases were reported in summer and autumn. Males were more than females. Ages ranged from 30 to less than 60 years, and 61.75% were farmers and traders.

          Conclusion The incidence trend of class B natural foci and insect-bone infections diseases were falling first and then rising in Chuxiong from 2006 to 2018, and the situation is grim. The effects of epidemic encephalitis B and malaria control should be consolidated, and strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic hemorrhagic fever and brucellosis, to control the spread and rise of the epidemic.

          摘要: 目的 分析云南省楚雄州2006—2018年乙类自然疫源性及虫媒传染病流行特征, 完善防控措施。 方法 收 集《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中报告的楚雄州2006—2018年乙类自然疫源性及虫媒传染病资料进行描述性分析。 结果 楚雄州2006—2018年共报告乙类自然疫源性及虫媒传染病8种949例, 死亡35例, 年均报告发病率2.68/10万, 年均死亡率0.98/10万。2006—2013年发病率呈下降趋势 ( P<0.05), 发病数居前2位的病种是乙脑和疟疾, 2014—2018 年发病率呈上升趋势 ( P<0.05), 发病数居前2位的病种是出血热和布病。以楚雄市报告病例数最多, 为288例, 其次为 禄丰县和牟定县, 分别为136例和105例。44.68%病例在夏秋季报告, 报告病例中男性多于女性, 年龄以30~<60岁为 主, 且61.75%为农民。 结论楚雄州2006—2018年乙类自然疫源性及虫媒传染病疫情呈现先下降后上升的趋势, 疫 情形势严峻, 应在巩固乙脑和疟疾防控效果的同时, 加强出血热和布病的防控, 有效控制疫情的蔓延。
