          Abstract

          RESUMEN El objetivo principal del estudio fue, proponer un modelo teórico sobre las prácticas pedagógicas en aulas multigrado para fortalecer el desempeño docente en las instituciones Educativas Rurales de Colombia. La investigación se desarrolló bajo la perspectiva de la metodología cualitativa, ya que se estudió las realidades socioculturales y las estructuras dinámicas del todo; esto da razón de los comportamientos buscando la comprensión holística de una totalidad social dada. La investigación de campo donde la información se obtuvo directamente de la realidad a estudiar en el contexto de interés, por entrevistas de parte de la investigadora con algunos actores socioeducativos (docentes, y estudiantes). Así mismo, se enmarca en el paradigma cualitativo-interpretativo, y la fundamentación epistémica se ubica en la fenomenología como ciencia. El modelo presentado servirá como referencia para los docentes de estas aulas que de verdad sientan compromiso con el sistema educativo, tenga internalizado sus principios éticos y pedagógicos.

          Translated abstract

          ABSTRACT The main objective of the study was to propose a theoretical model on pedagogical practices in multigrade classrooms to strengthen teaching performance in rural educational institutions in Colombia. The research was developed under the perspective of qualitative methodology, since the sociocultural realities and the dynamic structures of the whole were studied; this gives reason for the behaviors seeking a holistic understanding of a given social totality. Field research where the information was obtained directly from the reality to be studied in the context of interest, through interviews by the researcher with some socio-educational actors (teachers and students). Likewise, it is framed within the qualitative-interpretative paradigm, and the epistemic foundation is in phenomenology as a science. The model presented will serve as a reference for teachers in these classrooms who are truly committed to the educational system, and who have internalized its ethical and pedagogical principles.
