          Abstract

Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) is a noninvasive technique that can provide high-resolution images of macular morphology. The purpose of this study was to examine the pathological mechanism of uveitis and compare the changes in the macula of uveitis patients and the histopathological features of experimentally induced uveitis in mice.
