          Abstract

          Este estudio es una prolongación de uno previamente publicado en el número 3 de este año en esta revista, en el que dos académicos fueron entrevistados con un instrumento de doce preguntas desarrollado por los autores. Ahora incluimos los resultados de la entrevista semi-estructurada a otros ocho profesores-investigadores, tratando de retratar el perfil de sus creencias epistemológicas. Las ideas principales que resultan comunes entre ellos son; cómo son vistos por sus estudiantes, la falta de capacidades fundamentales entre sus alumnos, cómo la realización de investigación les es útil para dar una buena enseñanza actualizada y la forma en que una buena parte de ellos da prioridad al currículo en lugar de al estudiante.

          Translated abstract

          This study is an extension of one previous the same authors published in Issue 3 this year, in which two academics were interviewed with a twelve questions instrument developed by the authors. Now we have included the results of the semi-structured interview to another eight professors, trying to portray their epistemological beliefs' profile. The main ideas that are common among them are: how they visualize students, the lack of students' fundamental skills, the conviction that doing research improves the updating of their teaching, and the way most of them prioritize curriculum instead of students.
