Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficiency of three-line relaxation-based group intervention on mental stress management among nursing students.
Methods A total of 224 nursing students were randomly divided into the intervention group in which three-line relaxation training for 12 weeks were delivered together with psychological health education (PHE), and the control group which only delivered PHE. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used before and after intervention. T-test was used to compare inter-group difference.
Results After 4-week intervention, there’ s no significant difference in the score of SAS and SDS between the two groups ( P>0.05). After 12-week intervention, average SAS and SDS score of intervention group was significantly decreased compared with before intervention (both P< 0.01). After 12-week intervention, no significant changes were observed in the score of SAS and SDS in the control group (both P>0.05). After 4- and 12-week intervention, average score in SAS and SDS of intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group P<0.05).
Conclusion Three-line relaxation is effective in relieving mental stress of nursing students.
【摘要】 目的 探讨三线放松疗法对缓解护生心理压力的有效性及可行性, 为改善护生心理健康状况提供参考。 方 法 将上海海军军医大学一年级 224 名护生随机分成两组, 对照组进行常规心理健康教育, 干预组在常规心理健康教育的 基础上进行为期 12 周的三线放松疗法训练。干预前后分别采用焦虑自评量表 (SAS) 和抑郁自评量表 (SDS)进行评定, 采 用 t 检验比较组间差异。 结果 干预后 4 周两组的焦虑抑郁得分与干预前差异均无统计学意义 ( P值均>0.05); 干预组在 12周时焦虑、抑郁得分低于干预前 ( t 值分别为 3.62, 2.84, P值均<0.05), 而对照组得分差异无统计学意义 ( t 值分别为 −0.54, −0.57, P值均>0.05)。干预 4 周、12 周时, 干预组的焦虑、抑郁得分均低于干预前 ( F值分别为 7.31, 0.23, P值均< 0.05), 对照组干预 4 周、12 周时, 焦虑、抑郁得分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义 ( P值均>0.05)。 结论 三线放松疗法对 缓解护生的心理压力作用显著, 值得推广。
