Abstract

Hoy en día la lectura de la realidad y su problemática social, debe ir particularmente vinculada al avance progresivo del Derecho Familiar, detectándose las causas de los fenómenos sociales que quiebran el orden y la armonía social, viéndose afectado, de inicio, el núcleo de la sociedad y cuya repercusión afecta a la colectividad de forma irremediable. Bajo esta lógica, el presente trabajo tiene por finalidad resaltar la importancia de "las familias" en la sociedad, y la protección necesaria por parte del Estado en mérito al reconocimiento constitucional de los "Derechos de las Familias" como Derechos Fundamentales; siendo relevante el alcance de su"normativa de desarrollo",en sujeción a las directrices constitucionales, y cuya finalidad debe enfocarse a traducirestos parámetros para convertirse en una garantía real y efectiva de los derechos constitucionales vigentes.

Translated abstract

Today the reading of reality and social problems particulary linked to the progressive advance of the family Law, detecting the causes of social pheonema that break the social order and harmony, affecting, in the begining the core of the society and which impact affects the community irretrievably. Under this logic, this work aims to highlight the importance of "families" in society, and the necesary protection from the state in recognition of the constitutional recognition of the "implementing regulations" in subjection to the constitutional guidelines, and which purpose should focus on translating these parameters to become a real and effective guarantee of constitutional rights in force.
