          Abstract

Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) initiated after myocardial infarction (MI) reduce mortality and are American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association guideline recommended. Yet the extent to which ACEI/ARB therapy is applied in patients with acute coronary syndrome at hospital discharge is unclear.
