Las representaciones afectivas durante el procesamiento de noticias: Estudio experimental

Abstract

El presente artículo da cuenta de un estudio experimental cuyo objetivo es, por una parte, determinar si durante el procesamiento de noticias se construyen representaciones afectivas y, por otra, establecer qué papel desempeñan ciertos factores textuales (titulares) en la activación de dichas representaciones. El trabajo se centra en torno a dos experimentos en los cuales participaron estudiantes universitarios. Como material lingüístico se utilizó textos de la prensa escrita.

Translated abstract

The following article describes an experimental study where the objectives are: first, to determine if affective representations are built during news processing, and second, to determine the role certain textual factors (headlines) play in activating such representations. This work focuses on two experiments conducted with university students. Texts from newspapers were used as linguistic material.
