          Abstract

On page 2796, Introduction section, left column, second paragraph, the sentence “…4 ounces of suitable foods or delivered via a gastronomy tube;…” should read “…4 ounces of suitable foods or delivered via a gastrostomy tube;…”. On page 2803, Conclusion section, second sentence, the sentence “A warning from this study… with pH values (eg, mashed potatoes, baby formula, and unflavored oral rehydration solution).” should read “A warning from this study… with pH values >5.5 (eg, mashed potatoes, baby formula, and unflavored oral rehydration solution).”
