          Abstract

          This phase 1 dose escalation study evaluated the safety and feasibility of single-dose intrapleural IFN-beta gene transfer using an adenoviral vector (Ad.IFN-beta) in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) and metastatic pleural effusions (MPE).
