          Abstract

          Translated abstract

In the first place, we consider the hegemonic status that the capitalist state has reached within present day society by means of a violent, co-active and repressive order in the face of those who oppose or dissent. Then we consider the fact that anti-hegemonic thought develops a social praxis that is conscious of political thought, the political knowledge of which allows us to recognize and discover the causes of domination and opens towards political action as a critical political pretension of justice (Dussel). This means that the exercise of liberty is understood in terms of liberation: the authentic process of struggle assumed by the people through institutions and participative democracy, wherein it is with the people that constitutional and electoral power resides , as well as the legitimization of the state. The philosophical thesis presented for the transformation of politics indicates the cultural, economic, ethical, strategic and ecological means by which human coexistence can be implanted as well as material re-production in order to achieve the establishment of a better, more just and perpetual life.
