Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the epidemiological surveillance results of influenza in Jieyang from 2009 to 2018, so as to understand the epidemic pattern of influenza in Jieyang, and we provide scientific basis and technical support for the prevention and control of influenza.
Methods The throat swab specimens of influenza-like illness (ILI) were collected from the national influenza surveillance sentinel hospital in Jieyang from 2009 to 2018, and real-time fluorescent PCR was used to detect the influenza virus nucleic acid and the data were analyzed.
Results In 2009-2018, a total of 1 264 223 cases were reported from national sentinel hospitals in Jieyang, including 16 266 cases of influenza-like illness, with an ILI% of 1.29%. A total of 9 322 pharyngeal swab specimens were collected from 2009 to 2018, and a total of 1 250 positive specimens were detected with a positive rate of 13.41%. Monitoring peaks are winter and spring and summer each year. In 2009, influenza viruses were dominated by new influenza A(H1N1). In 2010 and 2011, influenza viruses were predominantly type B. In 2013 and 2016, influenza viruses were mainly new influenza A(H1N1) that spread in 2009. In 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2017, the dominant subtype was seasonal H3. However, influenza viruses were dominated by type B Yamagata (BY) in 2018.
Conclusion The seasonal characteristics of the influenza epidemic in Jieyang from 2009 to 2018 are obvious, and the dominant strains vary from year to year and alternately spread. It is recommended to continue to strengthen the surveillance of influenza virus pathogens.
摘要： 目的 分析揭阳市 2009—2018 年流感病原学监测结果, 了解揭阳市流感流行规律, 为流感防控工作提供科 学依据。 方法 对揭阳市 2009—2018 年国家级流感监测哨点医院采集的流感样病例 (ILI) 咽拭子标本, 采用实时荧光 定量 PCR (RT-PCR) 的方法检测流感病毒核酸, 并对数据进行分析。 结果 揭阳市 2009—2018 年国家级哨点医院共报 告就诊病例为 1 264 223 例, 报告流感样病例 16 266 例, ILI 率为 1.29%。2009—2018 年共采集咽拭子标本 9 322 份, 共 检出 1 250 份阳性标本, 阳性率为 13.41%, 监测峰值为每年冬春季和夏季。2009 年流感病毒以新甲型 H1N1 为主, 2010 和 2011 年流感病毒以 B 型为主, 2013 和 2016 年流感病毒以 2009 年新甲型 H1N1 为主, 2012、2014、2015 和 2017 年流感 病毒以季节性 H3 为主, 2018 年流感病毒以 B 型 Yamagata 系为主。 结论 揭阳市 2009—2018 年流感流行的季节性特 征明显, 每年优势毒株不同, 交替流行, 建议继续加强流感病毒病原学监测。
