          Abstract

This study aimed to characterize the distribution of structural domains of type I and III collagens in the wall of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs), by the use of undilated atherosclerotic aortas (aortoiliac occlusive disease [AOD]) and healthy abdominal aortas as controls.
