          Abstract

Differentiations are made and discussed in the moral conscience and ethical mandates. The clinical consequences of these differentiations are also discussed. The specular reflections in the Narcissus’s myth and in Machado de Assis and Guimarães Rosa’s novels, both named “The mirror”, are used as a means of configuring and giving body to the psychoanalytical concepts formerly discussed.
