Abstract
True abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) in patients with Marfan syndrome is relatively
rare because most aortic aneurysms in this disease are dissecting aneurysms in the
thoracic area. Therefore, its clinical characteristics and long-term outcome are still
unclear.
