          Abstract

          Este artículo presenta a la filosofía como ese saber que permite aproximarse a una comprensión globalizadora y sistemática tanto del mundo que nos rodea como de nosotros mismos, y que es capaz de potenciar el hecho educativo cuando se usa a través de medios pertinentes. El Programa de Filosofía para Niños brinda esa posibilidad por medio de su currículo si se considera su adaptación y hasta producción nacional. De allí que se examine paso a paso cada uno de los elementos constitutivos de dichos materiales como una respuesta viable a la necesidad planteada.

          Translated abstract

          this dissertation introduces the philosophy as the kind of knowledge with allow us to get a globalizing and systematic comprehension of both the surrounding world and ourselves, and that knowledge is also capable of -always through pertinent ways- empowering of the teaching act. The FpN Program brings that possibility through its curriculum if we consider its adaptation and, even, its domestic production. Hence, all of the constitutive elements are examined, step by step, in order to offer a viable response to the issue stated.
