Abstract
In the article by J. W. Davey, M. Chouteau, S. L. Barker, L. Maroja, S. W. Baxter,
et al. (G3: Genes|Genomes|Genetic 6: 695–708) entitled “Major Improvements to the
Heliconius melpomene Genome Assembly Used to Confirm 10 Chromosome Fusion Events in
6 Million Years of Butterfly Evolution,” author Richard M. Merrill was not included
in the byline or author contributions. This accidental omission has now been corrected.
His name now appears in the author byline on page 695, and his contributions are included
on page 707.
