          Abstract

          Lignina é uma biomacromolécula indispensável a diversos processos biológicos das plantas, dos quais o mais importante é conferir rigidez necessária à manutenção da verticalidade do caule e principalmente assegurar a existência de vias rápidas de circulação da água e minerais. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com plantas de Eucalyptus urophylla e os resultados podem viabilizar outros estudos na área da biotecnologia. Nesta pesquisa foram aplicadas diferentes concentrações de reguladores de crescimento [ácido jasmónico (1μM e 2 μM) e ácido 2,4-diclorofenoxiacético (18,12 μM e 36,24 μM)]. O experimento foi factorial completo com delineamento inteiramente casualizado. Os resultados mostraram que os tratamentos com o ácido jasmónico na sua primeira concentração activou o processo de formação da lignina enquanto a segunda concentração desactivou o processo de lignificação. No tratamento com 2,4-D (A1- 18,12 μM) o processo de lignificação contribuiu para reduzir a deposição de lignina, enquanto (A2 - 36,24 μM) teve uma redução menor comparado com a testemunha. Os tratamentos conjugados J1A1 (1μM de ácido jasmónico + e 18,12 μM de 2,4-D) e J1A2 (2μM de ácido jasmónico + e 36,24 μM de 2,4-D) apresentaram efeito sinergístico com predomínio do ácido jasmónico, sobre a biossíntese da lignina. Os resultados apontaram para modificação do processo de lignificação assim como na constituição proteica e nas características anatómicas.

          La lignine est une biomacromolécule indispensable à divers processus biologiques des végétaux, dont le plus important est de conférer de la rigidité nécessaire au maintien de la verticalité de la tige principale et d'assurer l'existence des voies rapides de circulation de l'eau et de minéraux. Cette recherche a été réalisée avec des jeunes plantes de Eucalytpus urophylla et les résultats peuvent viabiliser d'autres études dans le domaine de biotechnologie. Dans cette étude, différentes concentrations de régulateurs de croissance ont été appliquées [acide jasmonique ((1μM et 2 μM) et acide 2,4-diclorephenoxiacétique (18,12 μM et 36,24 μM)]. Le dispositif expérimental a été le factoriel complet avec un design complètement aléatoire. Les résultats ont montré que les traitements avec l'acide jasmonique dans sa première concentration ont activé le processus de formation de la lignine pendant que la deuxième concentration a désactivé ce processus. Dans le traitement avec l'acide 2,4-D (A1- 18,12 μM), le processus de lignification a contribué pour la réduction du dépôt de lignine, alors que (A2 - 36,24 μM) a eu une réduction plus petite lorsque comparée avec le témoin. Les traitements combinés J1A1 (1μM d'acide jasmonique et 18,12 μM de 2,4-D) e J1A2 (2μM d'acide jasmonique et 36,24 μM de 2,4-D) ont présenté un effet synergique avec une prédominance de l'acide jasmonique sur la biosynthèse de la lignine. Les résultats indiquent une modification du processus de lignification ainsi que de la constitution des protéines et des caractéristiques anatomiques.

          Translated abstract

          Lignin is an indispensable biomacromolecule for various biological processes in plants. One of the most important lignin functions is to maintain the rigidity needed for the verticality of the main stem and to ensure the water and mineral movement. This research was carried out with seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla and the results may facilitate further studies in biotechnology. In this research were applied different concentrations of plant growth regulators jasmonic acid (1 and 2 μM) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (18.12 and 36.24 μM)]. The experiment was full factorial with a completely randomized design. The results showed that the treatment with jasmonic acid in its first dosage enabled the process of lignin formation and in a second dosage disabled the process of lignification. In the treatment with 2,4-D (A1-18.12 μ M) the process of lignification contributed to reduce the deposition of lignin, while (A2 - 36.24 μM) had a smaller reduction compared with the standard. The combined treatments J1A1 (1 μM jasmonic acid and 18.12 + μ M 2,4-D) and J1A2 (2 μ M jasmonic acid and (36.24 + μ M 2,4-D) showed synergistic effect with a predominance of jasmonic acid on lignin formation. The results pointed out for change in the lignification process as well as protein and anatomical features.
