Abstract

Ticagrelor reduced cardiovascular events compared with clopidogrel in PLATO without increasing overall major bleeding. We evaluated whether the use of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitor (GPI) impacts the relative efficacy and safety of ticagrelor compared with clopidogrel.
