          Abstract

The validity of measurements of OA-2000 (Tomey, Nagoya, Japan), a new swept-source optical coherence tomography-based biometer, was evaluated in comparison with IOLMaster 500 (Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany) as a reference method for optical biometry in cataract patients.
