Abstract

Resumo A partir da celebração dos 200 anos do nascimento de Karl Marx, este esforço de pesquisa objetiva analisar as transformações do fenômeno da alienação jurídica no laboratório teórico de Marx, os Grundrisse . Com base na leitura do primeiro grande ensaio geral da obra O Capital , onde Marx realiza grandes descobertas no âmbito de sua crítica da economia política, buscamos avaliar o itinerário e os desdobramentos da temática da alienação em conjunto com o desenvolvimento da teoria do mais-valor. Ainda, ao final, abordar a função constituinte do direito como mediador da temporalidade do capital desde os mecanismos de formação de (não)-equivalência.

Abstract From the celebration of Marx's 200th birthday, this research aims to analyze the transformation of the juridical alienation phenomenon in Marx's theoretical laboratory, Grundrisse . Based on the reading of the first major essay “The Capital”, where Marx makes his great discoveries in the context of his critique of political economy, we seek to evaluate the itinerary and the unfolding of the alienation theme along with the development of his theory of value. In the end, we also address the constituent function of law as mediator of the capital temporality from the mechanisms of (non)-equivalence formation.
