          Abstract

successful endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) generally leads to a decrease in aneurysm size. Theoretically, this may lead to foreshortening of the excluded segment. If so, vertically rigid endografts may dislocate over time and cover renal or hypogastric arteries.
