Objective To summarize the process of schistosomiasis control in Changzhou City and the measures to eliminating schistosomiasis, and we evaluate the effect of control measures, so as to provides scientific basis for formulating the next stage control strategy.
Methods The work reports and data of schistosomiasis control in Changzhou City from 1999 to 2018 and the data of comprehensive control in relevant departments from 2004 to 2018 were collected, and the infection status of residents as well as the snail situation were analyzed, and the effect of control measures was evaluated.
Results From 1999 to 2018, totally 474 978 person-times were examined in Changzhou, the total positive rate of blood test was 0.25% (1 110 / 448 680), and there was no positive case for stool test. From 1999 to 2018, the total area with snails was 153.98 hm 2, and totally 13 005 snails were dissected and no infected snails were found, a total area of 1 129.48 hm 2 were controlled with molluscicides, and an area of 288.30 hm 2 were covered by environmental modification. From 2004 to 2018, a total of 250 100 harmless toilets were built, and 103.32 km-long river was dredged. The popularity rate of harmless toilets reached 99.73%, and the captive rate of livestock reached 100% in 2018. From 1999 to 2018, more than 10 million people received health education.
Conclusion Changzhou City has passed the assessment of schistosomiasis elimination, but the epidemic factors of schistosomiasis still exist. In the future, we should further improve the monitoring system and consolidate the control results.
摘要： 目的 总结常州市血吸虫病防治历程及消除血吸虫病的措施, 评价实施效果, 为制订下阶段防治策略提供科学依据。 方法 收集1999—2018年常州市血吸虫病防治工作报表及2004—2018年相关部门血防综合治理资料, 分析血吸虫病病情、螺情变化, 评估防治措施效果。 结果 1999—2018年, 常州市累计查病474 978人次, 人群血检总阳性率为0.25% (1 110/448 680), 无粪检阳性者。1999—2018年, 全市累计查出有螺面积153.98 hm2, 解剖钉螺13 005只, 未发现感染性钉螺, 累计药物灭螺1 129.48 hm2, 环改灭螺288.30 hm2。2004—2018年, 全市共建造无害化厕所25.01万户, 河流治理103.32 km 。2018年无害化厕所普及率达99.73%, 家畜圈养率达100%。1999—2018年累计1 000余万人次接受血防健康教育。 结论 常州市已通过血吸虫病消除评估, 但血吸虫病流行因素仍然存在, 今后应进一步完善监测体系, 不断巩固防治成果。
