Abstract
Patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) typically exhibit a pattern of dyslipidemia with
high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, and small LDL particles. We aimed at investigating
whether also LDL cholesterol levels are altered in diabetic patients.
