          Abstract

          El artículo pretende identificar cómo se expresa la lectura crítica en estudiantes avanzados de Ciencias de la Educación de una universidad pública Resistencia-Chaco, Argentina. La información empírica se obtuvo del análisis de un texto y de una entrevista semiestructurada, y se interpretó con el método comparativo constante. Los resultados muestran ciertas habilidades de lectura crítica identificadas en el análisis textual y en la interpretación global; asimismo, en la identificación de las intenciones del autor y el reconocimiento de fuentes de autoridad. Sin embargo, las dificultades observadas se relacionan con el manejo de estrategias de análisis textual crítico.

          Translated abstract

          This article aims to identify how critical reading skills are assumed by advanced students in Educational Sciences at a public university in Resistencia-Chaco, Argentina. The empirical information was gathered by the analysis of a text and a semi-structured interview; the findings were analyzed by a constant comparative method. The results show that students express some critical reading skills identified by the textual analysis and global interpretation, also, the identification of the author's intentions and recognition authority sources. However, difficulties related to the management of critical textual analysis strategies are observed.
