          Abstract

          RESUMEN La gestión de la educación virtual fue una estrategia para dar continuidad a la demanda académica; sin embargo, esta situación generó problemas en la salud mental de todos los agentes educativos. El objetivo del estudio fue identificar la gestión de la educación virtual y salud mental en tiempos de pandemia. El método utilizado fue la revisión sistemática de investigaciones sobre el tema. En cuanto a los criterios de selección se analizaron 11 artículos de las bases de datos de ProQuest de los años 2020 al 2022. Como conclusión se obtuvo que, en los aportes encontrados, indican que la pandemia impactó de manera brusca en la educación virtual y salud mental de los estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia quienes manifestaron estrés, ansiedad, impotencia por diferentes motivos, por lo que resultó importante es el acompañamiento socioafectivo y cognitivo en la educación por medio de talleres y capacitaciones psicológicas.

          ABSTRACT The management of virtual education was a strategy to give continuity to the academic demand; however, this situation generated problems in the mental health of all educational agents. The objective of the study was to identify the management of virtual education and mental health in times of pandemic. The method used was the systematic review of research on the subject. Regarding the selection criteria, 11 articles from the ProQuest databases from the years 2020 to 2022 were analyzed. The conclusion was that the contributions found indicate that the pandemic had an abrupt impact on virtual education and mental health of students, teachers and parents who expressed stress, anxiety and helplessness for different reasons, so it was important to provide socio-affective and cognitive support in education through workshops and psychological training.

          RESUMO A gestão da educação virtual foi uma estratégia para dar continuidade à demanda acadêmica; no entanto, essa situação gerou problemas na saúde mental de todos os agentes educacionais. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar a gestão da educação virtual e a saúde mental em tempos de pandemia. O método utilizado foi a revisão sistemática de pesquisas sobre o tema. Quanto aos critérios de seleção, foram analisados 11 artigos das bases de dados ProQuest de 2020 a 2022. Em conclusão, as contribuições encontradas indicam que a pandemia teve um impacto abrupto na educação virtual e na saúde mental de alunos, professores e pais, que expressaram estresse, ansiedade e desamparo por diferentes razões, razão pela qual foi importante fornecer apoio socioafetivo e cognitivo na educação por meio de oficinas e treinamento psicológico.
