Abstract

En este estudio de caso se analiza desde el modelo sistémico la estructura familiar de una niña con leucemia linfoblástica tipo “B” en función al impacto de la enfermedad, a su afrontamiento y al tipo de cuidado y asistencia que se le brinda a la menor. La investigación revela los cambios en la estructura familiar. Además, expone la manifestación, las características, las actividades y los efectos de la sobrecarga en el cuidador familiar primario. Tiene como participante un sistema familiar que convive con la problemática del cáncer, lo cual origina reacciones emocionales y/o comportamentales en respuesta a un evento estresante psicosocial identificado. Contiene resultados desarrollados a través de técnicas de investigación que permiten la representación, la interpretación y la explicación de la información. Se recurre al análisis temático con el fin de organizar los relatos y facilitar su comprensión. Para verificar la validez de los sucesos se trabaja sobre triangulaciones en el registro de patrones de convergencia que facilitan el razonamiento integral del fenómeno examinado.

In this case study, the family structure of a girl with "B" type lymphoblastic leukemia is analyzed from the systemic model in terms of the impact of the disease, its coping and the type of care and assistance provided to the child. The research reveals changes in the family structure. In addition, it exposes the manifestation, the characteristics, the activities and the effects of the overload on the primary family caregiver. It has as a participant a family system that coexists with the cancer problem, which originates emotional and / or behavioral reactions in response to an identified psychosocial stressful event. It contains results developed through research techniques that allow the representation, interpretation and explanation of information. The thematic analysis is used in order to organize the stories and facilitate their understanding. In order to verify the validity of the events, triangulations are worked on in the registration of convergence patterns that facilitate the integral reasoning of the phenomenon examined.

Neste estudo de caso, a estrutura familiar de uma menina com leucemia linfoblástica tipo "B" é analisada a partir do modelo sistêmico em termos do impacto da doença, seu enfrentamento e o tipo de cuidado e assistência prestados à criança. A pesquisa revela mudanças na estrutura familiar. Além disso, expõe a manifestação, as características, as atividades e os efeitos da sobrecarga no cuidador familiar primário. Tem como participante um sistema familiar que coexiste com o problema do câncer, que origina reações emocionais e / ou comportamentais em resposta a um evento psicossocial estressante identificado.
