Abstract
The genus Epipompilus Kohl, 1884 occurs in the New World and Australasian regions.
Epipompilus aztecus (Cresson, 1869) has been previously recorded in Mexico, Central
America and South America. The record presented here expands the distribution of this
species further north, into the south-central United States.
