          Abstract

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (SG) is gaining popularity over laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) within the United States. Data on readmissions after bariatric procedures are mostly based on LRYGB, with limited evidence regarding etiology of readmissions after SG.
