Abstract
Despite being the dominant technique for repair of distal hypospadias, application of the tubularized incised plate approach for penoscrotal hypospadias remains controversial. We report our experience with severe hypospadias, comparing tubularized incised plate to transverse island flap onlay urethroplasty.
