Abstract
To determine whether nicorandil administration distal to the thrombus in the coronary
artery during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in acute ST-segment elevation
myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients reduced the incidence of no-reflow phenomenon,
reperfusion injury, and adverse events.
