This paper starts with the theory on integration of school-based health education and physical education, illustrates current problems and difficulties, presents with solutions for integration development, and focuses on optimized strategies under the guidance of health literacy. The integration of health education and physical education in school settings is an inevitable trend to achieve the goal of school health education, with promotion in student health literacy being the ultimate pursuit and the direction of the curriculum implementation reform. To solve those problems, this paper puts forward the integration concepts of health promotion and health management, including universal education and individual intervention, external assistance and internal motivation; optimized strategies for building an efficient and sound health management system, exploration individualized health promotion intervention programs, cultivation of autonomous participation and ability, enhancement of professional ability among health education staffs, as well as optimizing school health education environment.
【摘要】 以健康教育与学校体育融合发展的理论逻辑研究为起点,探讨二者融合发展的现实困因与消解思路,重点 研究健康素养导向下融合发展的优化策略。研究认为,健康教育与学校体育的融合是实现学校健康教育目标的必然趋势, 学生健康素养是其融合发展的诉求,指引着融合课程实施变革的方向;针对当前融合发展中的问题提出健康促进与健康管 理并重、重视普及性教育与关注个性化干预并重、外部帮扶提供与内在动力激发并重等融合发展理念;及构建髙效健全的 健康管理体系、探寻个性化健康促进干预方案、注重学生自主参与意识与能力培养的干预实施、强化健康教育师资专业能 力发展、改善学校健康教育环境等优化策略。
