      AIDS case reports and sentinel surveillance results of male STD outpatients in Liaoning, 2015-2019

          Abstract

          Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS among male STD outpatients in Liaoning Province, and we provide basis for scientific prevention and control.

          Methods The data of male STD outpatients in Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2019 in the integrated AIDS prevention and control information system, and the surveillance data in Liaoning Province in 2015-2019 National STD outpatients sentinel were collected to analyze the basic information, AIDS knowledge, behavior, serology and other indicators of the population.

          Results From 2015 to 2019, a total of 1 931 cases of AIDS were reported among male STD outpatients in Liaoning Province, accounting for 15.4%(435/2 824), 13.5%(401/2 960), 12.1%(340/2 803), 12.3%(342/2 771) and 15.4%(413/2 685) of the reported AIDS cases in each year, respectively. The epidemic situation tended to be stable. In the past five years, there were 1 555 cases of homosexual transmission among male STD outpatients, accounting for 80.5% of the reported cases. The total awareness rates of sentinel surveillance of AIDS among STD outpatients in Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2019 were 88.2% (5 297/6 004), 85.6%(5 136/6 003), 88.3%(5 308/6 010), 89.4%(5 359/5 997) and 89.5% (5 368/5 998), respectively, the proportion of STD outpatients who had sex with female sex workers in the last three months was 28.1%(1 690/6 004), 27.0%(1 620/6 003), 23.1%(1 390/6 010), 19.6%(1 176/5 997) and 17.7%(1 059/5 998) respectively from 2015 to 2019, showing a downward trend year by year (χ 2=278.306, P<0.05). The positive rates of HIV in sentinel sites in recent five years were 1.2%(70/6 004), 1.7%(102/6 003), 1.4%(85/6 010), 1.9%(112/5 997) and 1.3%(77/5 998).

          Conclusion From 2015 to 2019, the AIDS case reports of STD outpatients in Liaoning Province tended to be stable, and the main transmission route of AIDS in this population was homosexual transmission. The awareness rate of sentinel surveillance of HIV / AIDS among STD outpatients increased. The proportion of having sex with female sex workers in the past three months, the number of STD patients diagnosed in the last year and the positive rate of syphilis decreased year by year.

          摘要: 目的 了解辽宁省男性性病门诊就诊者艾滋病流行特征, 为对该人群开展科学防控提供依据。 方法 收集 艾滋病综合防治信息系统中 2015—2019 年辽宁省男性性病门诊就诊者数据和 2015—2019 年国家级性病门诊就诊者 哨点监测中辽宁省数据, 分析该人群基本信息、艾滋病知识情况、行为学情况、血清学等指标。 结果 2015—2019 年辽 宁省共报告男性性病门诊就诊者艾滋病病例 1 931 例, 分别占本省当年报告艾滋病病例的 15.4% (435/2 824), 13.5% (401/2 960), 12.1% (340/2 803), 12.3% (342/2 771), 15.4% (413/2 685), 流行形势趋于平稳。这五年男性性病门诊就诊 者艾滋病病例中, 同性传播 1 555 例, 占报告病例的 80.5%。2015—2019 年辽宁省性病门诊就诊者哨点监测艾滋病总知 晓率分别为 88.2% (5 297/6 004)、85.6% (5 136/6 003)、88.3% (5 308/6 010)、89.4% (5 359/5 997)、89.5% (5 368/5 998), 性 病门诊就诊者最近三个月与暗娼有过性行为的比例, 2015—2019 年依次为 28.1% (1 690/6 004)、27.0% (1 620/6 003)、 23.1% (1 390/6 010)、19.6% (1 176/5 997)、17.7% (1 059/5 998), 呈逐年下降趋势 (χ 2=278.306, P<0.05)。这五年哨点 HIV 阳性检出率依次为 1.2% (70/6 004)、1.7% (102/6 003)、1.4% (85/6 010)、1.9% (112/5 997)、1.3% (77/5 998)。 结论 2015—2019 年辽宁省性病门诊就诊者艾滋病病例报告趋于平稳, 该人群艾滋病主要传播途径为男男同性传播。 性病门诊就诊者哨点监测艾滋病知晓率有所上升, 最近三个月与小姐发生性行为比例、最近一年被诊断性病人数以及 梅毒阳性检出率逐年下降。
