Objective To investigate the relationship between KIR3DS1 gene and infection and progression of HIV.
Methods Totally 323 HIV/AIDS patients who received antiviral treatment in the eighth Hospital of Xi’an city from January to December 2017 were selected for clinical staging, and epidemiological and clinical information were collected. At the same time, 239 healthy people were selected as the control group. Venous blood was collected from all subjects after informed consent, and the KIR3DS1 genotype was detected by fluorescent PCR-SSP.The study was approved by the hospital’s medical ethics committee. Data analysis using SPSS19.0 statistical software.
Results The positive rate of KIR3DS1 gene in 323 HIV/AIDS patients was 39.01%, compared with healthy people (37.7%), there was no significant difference ( P>0.05). Among them, the positive rate of KIR3DS1 gene in stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ, stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ was 39.10%, 37.50%, 39.53% and 40.00%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of KIR3DS1 gene in different stages ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of KIR3DS1 gene between different genders, age groups, marital status and transmission routes ( P>0.05).
Conclusion The correlation between KIR3DS1 gene and infection and progression of HIV/AIDS remains to be further studied.
摘要： 目的 探讨 KIR3DS1 基因与HIV感染及其疾病进展的相关性。 方法 选择2017年1—12月在西安市第八医 院接受抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS患者323例并进行临床分期, 收集患者流行病学和临床信息。同时选取239例健康人群 作为对照组。所有研究对象知情同意后采集其静脉血, 应用荧光PCR-SSP法检测 KIR3DS1 基因型。研究通过医院医 学伦理委员会审批。应用SPSS19.0统计软件进行数据分析。 结果323例HIV/AIDS患者中 KIR3DS1 基因阳性率为 39.01%, 与健康对照组 (37.7%) 比较, KIR3DS1 基因阳性率差异无统计学意义 ( P>0.05) 。其中Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期 KIR3DS1 基因阳性率分别为39.10%、37.50%、39.53%和40.00%, 不同分期 KIR3DS1 基因阳性率差异无统计学意义 ( P> 0.05) 。不同性别、年龄段、婚姻状况和传播途径间, KIR3DS1 基因阳性率差异无统计学意义 ( P>0.05) 。 结论 KIR3DS1 基因与HIV感染及其疾病进程的关系还有待进一步研究。
