          Abstract

          Este artículo resume una experiencia realizada con estudiantes del Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas con el propósito de comprender el proceso de solución de problemas. En este sentido, se describe e interpreta el proceso seguido por los sujetos y, en función de los resultados, se hacen algunas consideraciones en relación a la enseñanza-aprendizaje-evaluación en el aula de clase en el marco de las exigencias educativas de los tiempos actuales.

          Cet article rend compte d’une expérience vécue avec quelques étudiants de l’Institut Pédagogique de Caracas. Le but de cette recherche est celui de comprendre le processus de solution de problèmes; dans ce sens l’on décrit et interprète le processus vécu par les sujets afin d’établir quelques relations entre le triangle enseignement-apprentissage-evaluation dans la salle de classe, dans le cadre des exigences éducatives du monde actuel.

          Translated abstract

          This article summarizes an experiment conducted with students at the Pedagogical Institute of Caracas in order to understand the process of solving problems. In this sense, it describes and interprets the process followed by the subjects and, depending on the results; we made some considerations regarding the evaluation teaching-learning at the classroom attached to the educational demands of the current times.

          Este artigo resume um experimento realizado com estudantes do Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas, a fim de compreender o processo de resolução de problemas. Nesse sentido, ele descreve e interpreta o processo seguido pelos sujeitos e, dependendo dos resultados, algumas considerações sobre o processo ensino-aprendizagem-avaliação em sala de aula dentro das demandas educacionais do atual.
