          Abstract

          Se describe la síntesis de una serie de piridazin-3(2H) onas y cinolin-3,5-diona a través de la reacción entre acetofenonas p-sustituídas o dimedona con ácido glioxílico e hidrato de hidracina bajo irradiación con microondas y en condiciones libre de disolvente. Las piridazinonas son sistemas heterocíclicos nitrogenados de procedencia sintética que han sido estudiados sistemáticamente debido a su promisoria actividad biológica y farmacológica. La elucidación estructural de los productos de realizó mediante análisis de RMN ¹H, 13C, experimentos bidimensionales de HSQC, HMBC y espectrometría de masas. La metodología propuesta produce buenos rendimientos en tiempos cortos de reacción. Esto es de especial interés desde el punto de vista ambiental.

          Translated abstract

          The synthesis of a series of pyridazin-3(2H)-ones and cinnolin-3,5-dione in the reaction of acetophenones p-substituted or dimedone with glyoxilic acid and hydrazine hydrate under microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions is described. 5yridazinones are nitrogenated heterocyclic compound synthetically produced which have been systematically studied due to their promising biological and pharmacological activity. The structure of the products is based on detailed NMR analysis of experiments such as ¹H, 13C, HSQC, HMBC and mass spectrometry. This methodology leads to good yields in short reaction times. This is of especial interest from the environmental point of view.
