Abstract

Resumen: El presente ensayo es un relato de cómo hice mi tesis de licenciatura en la Carrera de Sociología de la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. A modo de crónica y teoría social, exploro las fases por las que pasó mi tesis, desde el inicio hasta su final. Por último, examino las implicancias y limitaciones de la técnica de la observación participante, a partir de la propuesta de cuerpo participante, desde la teorización e inmersión del cuerpo cognoscente del investigador. Para ello, me enfoco en los efectos que esto produce a nivel subjetivo, en la relación del investigador con los sujetos de investigación y de manera posterior a la culminación de la tesis.

Abstract: This essay is an account of how I did my Sociology undergraduate thesis at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. As a chronicle and social theory, I explore the phases my thesis went through, from the beginning to the end.
