Abstract

Surgical strategies for patients with midventricular obstruction remain underappreciated. We sought to assess clinical and haemodynamic results, summarize the surgical technique of extended myectomy and provide reliable pre- and intraoperative methods of evaluating patients with midventricular obstruction.
